S. B. 654 -- " A BILL to amend and reenact §20-14-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, relating to Hatfield-McCoy Regional Recreation Authority ; reconstituting the governing board of the Hatfield-McCoy Regional Recreation Authority to include twelve members; and stating the trail system is located in Boone, Logan, McDowell, Mingo, Mercer and Wyoming counties. "
